We had a great time staying at this stylish boutique hotel with friendly bilingual staff who provided excellent assistance, and our modern room was well-equipped with a bath.

Friendly and Helpful staff. Newly refurbished room. Free good WiFi. Reasonable price for City Centre.
Major construction in traffic areas. Room not quite finished. No Parking at hotel. Noise and light in room. Inside room, no window. It will be OK when the hotel has finsished its refurbishment.

Hotel was in the middle of a vast redecoration - the bits that had been decorated seemed unfinished. There is no reception after about 9pm and although you can have breakfast in the room there are no other services.

The staff at Hotel Des Arts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided a map of the area and recommended the most beautiful places to explore in Toulouse. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in a quiet area but still close to all the major attractions and delicious dining options. The room itself was cozy and unique, with a mix of old architecture and modern amenities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. We also loved the typically French breakfast that was served in our room, complete with fresh pastries, homemade yogurt, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The wifi worked well throughout our stay, allowing us to stay connected. we had a fantastic experience at Hotel Des Arts.

Erick was very helpful in sorting out airline confirmation & transportation to airport. Optional breakfast served in-room was very attractive, generous, and fresh.
There is no elevator. Reception was closed from 12-2pm.

The room was recently renovated.
Very deceptive photographs on the website which did not show the extensive mess of renovations in the corridor leading up to the reception area. We thought we had arrived at the wrong hotel. Yes the rooms were recently renovated but the fee for the room was excessive given the poor condition of the rest of the hotel - very messy, run down. We also could not locate anyone from reception when we went to check out - not even where to leave the key.
